The three things I’d fix first
- Rewrite the homepage headline so it says what you build. Right now Google can’t tell you apart from a hardware store.
- Compress the hero image (1.4 MB today). It’s the main reason the mobile speed score is low, and Google weighs that.
- Add a short FAQ so an AI assistant can quote you when someone asks it for a fabricator.

Is it really free?
Yes — no cost. You send your website, I send back the scorecard. If it is useful and you want to talk, we can; if not, it is yours to keep.
Do I have to book a call to get it?
No. It comes by email. There is no call to sit through and nothing to book before you see it.
What do I actually get?

How long does it take?
I look at each one myself, so it is usually a few days.
What if I don’t have a website yet?
Then there is nothing to score, so the scorecard is not your starting point. Email me instead and we can talk about what a first site would need to do for you. Building from scratch is work I take on, and it usually moves faster than replacing a site, because there is nothing to unpick.
